RETURNS/REFUNDS

If an item arrives damaged please let us know within 48 hours and then the item will be replaced. We retain the right to request that the damaged product be returned.

If a product is undeliverable due to incorrect/incomplete address, or the recipient does not reply to delivery notices or a refusal to accept, the credit card will be refunded less the cost of delivery and a 30% restocking fee.
